Sarah is a founding general partner of CAPITA3, a venture capital fund investing in healthcare technology companies that are founded and led by women. Sarah also Co-Founder and Managing Director of Gopher Angels, which works to address the lack of accessible and organized angel funding for MN startups. 

Dr. Rowan Mahon previously served as the volunteer Managing Director of RoundtableRx. As co-founder, Dr. Mahon volunteers her time as a board member and leader of the organization's legislative advocacy. 

Marsha K. Millonig is Founder and owner of Catalyst Enterprises, LLC, a health care consulting practice dedicated to creating change by helping clients achieve strategies for improved health outcomes.

Dr. Norrie Thomas, (Pharmacy Emeritus), is Adjunct Professor at the College of Pharmacy and Senior Fellow at the Center for Leading Healthcare Change at the University of Minnesota, and Executive Vice President at ActiveRadar.

Dr. Sarah Derr serves as the Executive Director at the Minnesota Pharmacists Association. Dr. Derr completed her PharmD at the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy. Previous to her current role, Dr. Derr served as the Director of Medication Management at an innovative and quality improvement organization, the Iowa Healthcare Collaborative.

Mary is a marketing and healthcare leader launching startups as Sr. Program Manager in the University of Minnesota's Venture Center.

Dr. Lynda Welage is currently the Dean of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota. Dean Welage is a nationally known expert on critical care and drug absorption. 

At the University of Minnesota, Andrew assembles and licenses IP portfolios of faculty research to create University-based start-up companies covering University patents, trademarks, copyrights, and technical expertise.

Danny Akert currently serves as the Director of State Government Relations for the Minnesota Hospital Association and leads the Roundtable Rx Communications Subcommittee. His connection and service to Roundtable Rx came from legislative work in advancing public health, patient access, and Minnesota's safety net providers.

Dr. Stephen T. Parente is a Professor in the Department of Finance and the Minnesota Insurance Industry Chair of Health Finance in Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and Associate Dean of the Global Institute.

Bruce is an experienced chief financial officer with work and volunteer experience in the nonprofit sector. 

A physician, public health professional, and a global health expert, Dr. Luqman Lawal earned his MD from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and MPH from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Dr. Lawal currently serves as an MIT Sloan leadership fellow. In addition, he is completing an MBA at MIT Sloan School of management. He has worked to advance healthcare for the most vulnerable population in over seventy low and middle-income countries
