Job Title: Pharmacy Technician and Inventory Manager

 

Location: Minneapolis, MN

 

Job type: Part-time (0.6 FTE)

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Support RoundtableRx programs by sorting medications, processing medication orders, and supporting pharmacists as requested. 

  • Maintain program inventories by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed medications and supplies; placing and expediting orders/donations; verifying receipt; removing outdated drugs. 

  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

  • Work with clinics and pharmacies to source donated medications for underserved populations.

  • Work on projects to enhance RoundtableRx services as designated.

 

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, and the ability to independently problem solve. Must be a positive team player that welcomes new challenges. Candidate shall be proficient in MS Office and G-Suite apps with the aptitude to become proficient utilizing multiple pharmacy management software platforms. Must be certified and in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. 

 

Pay: $18/hour

 

Requirements: Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy, able to carry and sort shipments 

 

Preferred Experience: 

  • 3+ years as a pharmacy technician 

  • Experience with inventory management

  • Experience with multiple health systems
